In cooperation with PharmaPartners, an integration was made with Pharmacom Track & Trace. 

The patient receives a digital pick-up code, with which he or she can sign in at the column when entering the pharmacy. Via the counter application on the computer at the counter, you call up the patient. After calling up the patient, the patient dashboard in Pharmacom opens automatically.

Now you have instant insight into which patient comes to the counter. You no longer have to ask for the name and date of birth. This increases patient privacy and saves you time at the counter. Also, switching between different systems is no longer necessary. This leads to increased efficiency and minimises errors.
